Willer Property (Willer) is a boutique real estate investor and developer that sources and manages quality commercial property investments on behalf of our valued investors. We invest based on rigorous analysis of property fundamentals with a smart value add mindset and a focus on capital preservation. We strive to deliver strong investment returns via regular income distributions and capital growth. Our business is centred around creating long term relationships with investors and tenants, built off the foundations of trust, transparency, and performance.

DIRECTOR
Will Johns
Will Johns is the Founding Director of Willer Property, having over 13 years’ experience in the property industry, holding senior positions at some of Australia’s best known property firms.
Will was the Head of Capital Transactions at leading boutique property investor and developer, Primewest, where he worked for over 7.5 years expanding the commercial portfolio from $1billion to $5.5billion funds under management. Will was part of the senior team growing the business which successfully listed on the ASX in November 2019, prior to being acquired by Centuria Capital in 2021.
Following the acquisition, Will held a senior position at Centuria Capital as General Manager – Transactions. He was intimately involved with the integration and growing the Centuria portfolio from $15.5billion to $21billion in December 2023.
Will has a deep network within the property industry. His experience and strengths include deal origination and negotiation, capital raising, property funds and asset management. Will holds a Bachelor of Property and Property Valuation from Curtin University in Western Australia.
